Keeping our community prepared, connected and resilient.
Riccall & District Resilience Plan Group brings local volunteers, organisations and partners together to prepare for emergencies, support people in times of need, and strengthen community life all year round. From flooding, power cuts and rest centre planning to first aid training and community safety projects, we work to build confidence, skills and practical resilience across Riccall and nearby areas.
We also support vulnerable residents and local charities through a wide range of community projects, including work with North Yorkshire Council’s resilience team, St John Ambulance, schools, community groups and local services. Its aim is simple: to help people look after one another, respond well in an emergency, and strengthen community life all year round.
